- Now that I have collected all the materials I can start building my clinometer
- I should go and find a tree to measure its hieght
- It reads 43 degrees
- That's a good tree
- We should write that down
- Now we have to measure the distance from where we are standing to the tree we measured using a measuring tape
- Next we need to measure my height
- We should record those results as well
- Now all I have to do is use the trigonometric ratio TOA (Tan= Opposite/Adjacent) to find the height of that tree
