- Not for long, Yanek. The British, French, and Americans will come to win the war against the Germans.

- Around 1944, Yanek is relocated to many different concentration camps and given the prison number b-3087.
- 1945, Yanek and other prisoners are liberated by American soldiers.
- The Americans are here to save us!
- We must get rid of all Jews.
