- Exposition: they are on a island the time is night. this sence is when Rains ford is on the island and he encounters General Zaroff and Ivan. and where they introduce them selves

- Rising Action General Zaroff takes Rainsford inside his mansion and they sit down and General Zaroff talks about hunting and that he hunts humans. but Rainsford says that that murder and then General Zaroff says that they will go hunting
- I suppose that you and i will go hunting tommorow. be ready you need rest
- No what you are doing is wrong
- ClimaxRainsford enters the Generals room and he is behind the curtrains and the general gets killed by Rainsford
- Falling PointRainsford attacks the General and he can finally rest and sleep on his bed
- Resolution Rainsford was able to get a good sleep and he is sleeping in the Generals bed
