- When Stargirl arrives to her first day of school at Mica Area HS she serenades the lunchroom after eating. No one knew what to make of it.
- I'm looking over a four-leaf clover that I overlooked before.
- The school games never were that popular until Stargirl showed up doing her own cheer routines on the field anytime there is a break in the game. After that, the games have never been more popular.
- She leads the school into its first winning streak. Everyone loves Stargirl. They want to be her. Mica Area's students have never seen and shown so much individuality.
- Stargirl makes her first appearance on the Hot Seat, a show run and produced by Leo and his best friend Kevin.
- What's wrong with the name your parents gave you?
- The school turns on Stargirl after she helps an injured player on the other team. That game was the first one they had lost all year making them come crashing down and not win the rest of the year,and they blamed it all on her.
- Leo helps Stargirl(Susan) fit in after everyone started ignoring them and giving them the silent treatment. They thought that if she was normal people would like them again.
- Hey Stargirl! It's Susan now.
