- Chairuna was informed on phone by StaffPoint that she's got chosen by UPM for the position Expert Financial Accounting. She later received a confirmation through StaffPoint's candidate portal.Chairuna is requested to accommodate the process of criminal/security check. Thanks to prior instruction in StaffPoint's blogs, she did prepare the documents in advance. So, she just has to submit it through StaffPoint's portal.

- Chairuna discussed and agreed with StaffPoint's recruiter on phone about the content of the offer letter, salary, possible commencing date, and other terms and conditions.She then reviewed the official offer letter in the portal and decided to sign the letter using her e-banking ID, instead of posting the signed one (in paper) to StaffPoint's office.Everything is set. Chairuna is now preparing herself to start the new job.
