  • We should find shelter. We need protection at night.

  • In the Paleolithic Age the people took shelter in caves to be safe from the bad weather in the Winter and the predators all year round. They wanted to find paintings to get clues.
  • In the Neolithic times we had better houses than in the Paleolithic times.
  • They were more cozy, had more furniture and lasted a lot longer!
  • These caves were temporary shelters because hunter gatherers were nomads, which means they moved from place to place or from cave to cave. There was not many caves to stay in.
  • We came together to become a community to help each other out.
  • I think we should go inside Joshua
  • The Paleolithic people left cave paintings from their time period. Their shelters were not warm or comfortable but helped them survive.
  • This is what the furniture looked like in the Neolithic times.
  • In the Neolithic period, they started to build more modern homes and permanent homes. They started to strive and survive, but not only that they had fun such as making baskets, weaving, and pottery.
  • They started to live in communities. They could start help each other with some of the things around them such as, hunting for food and help build more houses, furniture, and blankets.
  • There was a special job for the people who built the furniture and the blankets. They're houses were very decorated after this.
