- Arthur needs to travel by subway to meet his friends in a park It's his first time traveling by public transport in Seoul. He knows that he needs to install an app to get information on transportation.
- Arthur installs the app and is asked about his preferences during his use of the subway system. He has the possibility to adjust the app to his needs (e.g. language, handicap support, etc.).
- He sets his destination in the app and it shows him the route on how to get there. Additionally, it shows how busy the subway is at the moment so he would have the opportunity to avoid large crowds. Also, he is presented with multiple routes on how to get to his destination.
- After choosing the best route, Arthur heads out of his house and starts following the navigation from the app to find the nearest subway station. He wants to make it to the less crowded train that is going in 10 minutes.
- Arthur does not have a T-Money card so he purchases his ticket for the ride on the app. He can add his preferred payment method and also save it for later usage in his profile.
- He enters the Gangnam Office station and uses the app (AR and voice commands) to find his way to take line 2 to Seoul Forest.
