Storyboard Text
The first step is to determine if the student's program of interest is available in their state.
Locate and select the student's state in PowerBI
Next locate and select the program that the student is interested in.
If the box marked "Eligible" is blank, the program is available. It if says "Do Not Enroll" the program is not available.
Refer to the "Licensure Title" section to determine the resulting licensure.
The next step is to determine the student's eligibility based on their licensure status.
Scroll to the bottom of the PowerBI page to locate the licensure check area.
Just like a stoplight, Green means the student is good to go, Yellow means we need more information, and Red means the student cannot enroll.
Use the licensure check area to find what category the student's license falls under.
The final step is to access the Protocol Form
Scroll down the the Protocol Form section and double click to access.
