Storyboard Text
- The first step is to determine if the student's program of interest is available in their state.
- Locate and select the student's state in PowerBI
- Next locate and select the program that the student is interested in.
- If the box marked "Eligible" is blank, the program is available. It if says "Do Not Enroll" the program is not available.
- Refer to the "Licensure Title" section to determine the resulting licensure.
- The next step is to determine the student's eligibility based on their licensure status.
- Scroll to the bottom of the PowerBI page to locate the licensure check area.
- Just like a stoplight, Green means the student is good to go, Yellow means we need more information, and Red means the student cannot enroll.
- Use the licensure check area to find what category the student's license falls under.
- The final step is to access the Protocol Form
- Scroll down the the Protocol Form section and double click to access.
- This is what the Protocol form should look like once loaded.
- Use the PowerBI resource to answer the following questions.
- Question 1: Sally lives in Texas and wants to do the MA English Language Learning program. Is the program available where she lives?A) True B) False
