- This man welcomes sinners and eats with them
- if a man has 100 sheep, and he loses one of them, he should leave the 99 and go out and find the lost one
- once he finds the sheep, he rejoices over it and calls all his friends and neighbors to rejoice with him
- in the end, there will be more joy for a sinner who repents in heaven
- than for 99 people who have nothing to repent against
- the sinner who has found his way will be more rejoiced over
- because those who have already had their way have been praised
