May I please have a couple dollars for some hot chocolate to keep me warm?
No, I am very sorry.
Tom walks down the street and sees a necklace in a window. He thought that he could use the diamonds on the necklace to pay for all the poor people and him to get some hot chocolate, but he couldn't afford it.
Who's there? Who said that?
Tom asks someone for some money to get some hot chocolate to stay warm since it is cold outside. He becomes worried of others safety and feels the need to come up with a solution fast.
Tom is very cold and has nothing to keep him warm. He is now sad because others are just as cold as he is. Then out of nowhere, he hears a voice that tells him to take the necklace.
He is very frightened and there was no one around him, so he couldn't figure out who said that. He went into the store anyways and thought that if he stole the necklace, I'd be for a good reason.
To's in the store and feels really bad about even thinking of taking the necklace, but he takes it and walks out the store. Feeling and looking like the most worried person alive.
Tom took the necklace to the bank to trade the diamonds in for cash and he's feeling guilty about it. After buying everyone hot chocolate, he turns himself in and tells the whole story. He does not stay in jail very long.
