- Aggreed! I have not seen a posititve outsome and I fear the disunity will continue to impact our country.
- This is unacceptable. The articles of Confederation have weakened out nation, if we don't do something about it now, our nation can go back to ruins.
- Settled. As the American Leaders of this nation, we will be holding The Constitutional Convention in Phyladephia to resolve this dispute.
- We must debate and resolve behind closed doors.
- We can all agree that the Articles have cause disunity, and we must create something to over come this conflict.

- Regarding our situation, I would like to promote The Virginia Plan. This plan will be the restructure of our government and nation. This dispensing of federalism is an asset to the division of powers between a strong central government.
- I'm sorry, but I believe this will not correct the weaknesses of the articles. -James Madison
- I agree with all of this, but I believe I have an alternative to the Virginia Plan. I am William paterson of New jersey and my plan provides a strong unicameral. meaning one-house and legislatures will be determined based off of one state votes. This plan will allows the federal government to gain power to tax and to regulate commerce.
- Now that we are following The Virginia Plan, Congress has decided to overturn any state laws, taxes on the states and "call forth the force of the Union again any state. Also, the Federal Government has decided to make up three branches of our government: Executive, Judical, and Legislative.
- We will also become a biameral which means we will have two houses of representative. The states populations will determine how the number of representatives in each house.
- I know we already have a plan, but this one might balance the interest of large and small states. I am Roger Sherman of Connecticut and want to propose a two-house legislature that allows for both equal representations. This grants an qual voice in the upper and lower house. Also, representation will be determined on the population. Main word, EQUALITY.

- Speaking on behalf of the South, we believe that YES, slaves should count as a part of the population.
- Our questions to you guys now, is should slaves be counted as apart of a state's population to determine representation?
- As we can see, some agree and disagree but we will all agree to The Three-Fifths Compromise, this establishment will only allow three fifths of a state's slave population to count. This will then determine our representations in the states.
- I have to disagree. On behalf of the North, we strongly object this demand. We oppose slavery and adding them to thier population will just give them higher amounts of representation and its not fair.
