  • I feel pain when I Straigthen my arm.
  • Do you have range of motion or any catching or pain?
  • I believe you have torn part of your muscle. Your muscles are Fascicles which are contained in Facia, in the fascicle there are fibers called myofibrils, within those are sarcomere.
  • Like a sycamore tree?
  • No, not like the tree.
  • So the sarcomere uses two chemicals called actin and myosin to move using a chemical reaction.
  • Well wait how does that work?
  • Where does the calcium come from?
  • The calcium comes from the neuron muscular junction which is attached to the muscle
  • The actin and myosin need calcium to react and do their job.
