  • I kind of feel bad but but i dont want to do anything
  • look at the diving kid hes getting bullied
  • your never going to be successful
  • your tiny
  • your so dumb
  • you have no friends
  • diving is not a sport
  • Im Getting bullied at school and im not sure what i should do
  • come sit with me at lunch and i can help you out
  • Dont listen to them. Your much better without them. their just jelous

  • This is Ryan he doesnt really have friends at school and he wished that he had peers to support him. on top of that its hard for him at home and finds it hard to be happy when diving and everyday things.
  • if i ever feel like things are getting out of control i will definitely do that!
  • You could try calling kids helpline. They will help you in anyway they can
  • just call 1800 55 1800
  • Ryan always feels down and loses his interest in his everyday life but he does have a close friend at diving who supports him and helps him find joy in his life.
  • You should also just have a self care day. Just d o things that make you happy and relaxed
  • You could- get some exercise - get plenty of - Eat a well balanced diet
  • The next day at school Sam is helping Ryan at lunch. His first strategy is to always talk and speak up if you have anything on your mind because it will help you be happy and help you find a solution.
  • Calling kids helpline is one of the best ways to help. its like talking to the friend you never had. Even when you don’t know what to say or how to express what you’re going through, contact them and they will support you through it.
  • Self-care is about meeting your basic needs so you can be physically and mentally healthy. Our nutrition, movement and sleep health all impact on our brain and mental health.
