- Gemma asks Alex how she is going with the LPP paper. Alex is a little stressed. Gemma says she understands, Thrifty is killing everyone's time, energy and sanity. Alex just wants to work on Project Silverstone but she has to keep working on the LPP cheat sheet. God knows the NRMA need it. Brad is listening
- Nicola has given her marketing client (Ewa) "XYZ" advice about a maverick media agency. The client is a little confused and emails Nicola's advice to her colleague and a couple of mavericks.
- The maverick (Kevin) calls the client and says he does not agree with "XYZ". He say he is getting his own "blah blah" advice and will use this against us if he has to. The clent panics and calls Nicola.
