- RISING ACTION:During their fight, the puppy was hurt due to the siblings' grabbing and pulling. It suddenly became enraged and accidentally bit Ambo's hand. Ambo cried out loudly, causing their father, Tang Ciaco, to look out of the window. Tang Ciaco shouted harshly at the siblings and the black-spotted puppy as he walked near them.
- I will kill you bastards!
- CLIMAX:Tang Ciaco saw the blood on Ambo's hands caused by the puppy's bite. He became angry with Nana Elang and said hurtful words to her. He also shouted at the two boys before gazing at the innocent puppy. He beat and kicked the puppy until it died. After battering the puppy, he then proceeded to beat Baldo and Amboy.
- FALLING ACTION:Nana Elang immediately ran to the boys, but she could not do anything except pick Ambo up. Tang Ciaco pushed Baldo into the arms of Nana Elang. She wiped her children's dirty clothes while crying silently. Some children and neighbors sympathized with the scene, but they ran away because of Tang Ciaco's angry look. Tang Ciaco then went inside to eat breakfast as if nothing had happened.
