- He was trying to find a shelter when his eyes fell upon the stone ridge to his left...

- I guess this 'stone ridge' will make a good shelter
- Later, in search of food, Brian set out to find berries and soon followed birds which were pecking at some berries
- And he ate Aaaaalot...
- Turns out they were bad for him, he got sick the next morning so he set out again and found...
- RASPBERRIES!
- He soon realized it didn't want to harm him and it went away
- He just fed himself with all the raspberries he could eat and saved some when he encountered a bear!
- Later in his shelter that night...
- He through his hatchet toward the noise but the hatchet missed and hit the rocks making sparks, at the same time sharp, painful quills drove in his leg
- Z z z
- W-W-What? Ew the smell- Wait, what was that noise...?
- What am I going to do?! Oh I know, I can scare it away!
- At last he slept again, having a dream of his dad and his friend, Terry, that has something to do with fire...he woke.
- Fire. The hatchet was the key to it all....There could be a fire here. I will have a fire here, I will have fire from the hatchet.
