- It was time for the Lords of the High Council to step in before the Kryane Grandmaster caused the death of more of his own people.
- They send Michael to assess the situation.
- The people of the desert planet were an enigma. But it was the healer, Andesine, that intrigued him the most.
- Why did she report the Grandmaster? Was she involved, or was there something more sinister going on?
- With the growing attraction between them, and revealing a few secrets of their own, did the danger to them become clear.
- Forced to work together they learned that nothing was at it seemed. Not the murders, nor the reason everyone thought.
- Kidnapped, imprisoned, and Michael restrained, it was time for Andesine to release her suppressed powers. Raised to be a healer, could she kill the monster before he forces her to destroy his enemies and the future of mankind?
