Storyboard Text
- The tour at Beecher Prep. Three kids showed August around the school. Charlotte Cody, Julian Albans, and Jack Will. Before the tour, the principal informed all the kids about Auggie's condition.
- It was the day of the Halloween party. Auggie went as the bleeding scream. When he walked into homeroom, he saw Julian talking to some of his friends. August sat watched for a little bit and he knew they were talking about him. Auggie then recognized one of the kids. It was Jack talking about him with Julian and some other kid. August then ran out of the room.
- On the way back to camp, Jack and Auggie ran into some kids smoking and putting off firecrackers in the woods. They point their flashlights at Auggie and say "What's that?" They start to make fun of August as Jack and him try to move on. Jack tells them to back off, but the leader of the group (Eddie) pushes Jack down.
- August hears more kids coming. Here comes Amos out from behind the trees with Henry and Miles. Amos tells the leader of the group (Eddie) to leave them alone. Eddie doesn't listen and as Auggie helps Jack up and try to walk away, he gets pulled by his hood onto the ground. Amos then tackled Eddie and got in a fight. Out of no where somebody grabs Auggie and tells him to run, Auggie does as he's told. But soon enough, was grabbed again and his hoodie was ripped down the middle. Auggie is unsure of what's going onbut obeys his resuer.
- Everyone at school heard about the fight at Nature Camp with Eddie and the other kids. This was a real turning point for August. Amos, Henry, and Miles became friends with Jack and Auggie and thought how he stood his own ground level was pretty cool. Julian found out that Amos and the others helped Auggie and Jack and stopped being friends with them.
- Kids at Beecher Prep have really change their attitudes towards August. They have been nicer and everything. At 5th grade Graduation, Jack, Auggie, and Summer were taking at picture together and it turned into a picture with everyone. They all knew they were wrong for judging him and now want to be his friends.
