  • Louisiana Purchase
  • I wonder what the Louisiana purchase was like.
  • Well the Louisiana purchase wasn't like the way it looked like compare to now.
  • Fertile means producing or capable of producing abundant vegetation or crops in rich land.
  • The some of the Louisiana purchase was very fertile which we then planted cotton.
  • The Louisiana purchase was around 827,000 square miles west of the Mississippi River. The land it self was 828,000,000 square miles, therefore doubling the size of the United States back then.
  • Finally president Jefferson offered to buy the port of New Orleans for $25,000, but Napoleon offered all of the Louisiana purchase for $15,000 which was a really stupid deal for Napoleon.
  • The animals here are common. Deer, rabbit,raccoons, turtles, lizards and snakes. all of these animals live here.
