  • In 360 B.C. the new Macedonian King led his troops across the Hellespont into Asia. They also conquered huge chunks of western Asia and Egypt.
  • CHARGE!!!!!!!!
  • Alexander the Great became the king at the age of 20, the year that his dad died. The first thing he did was to head south to end revolt in Thebes.
  • Alexander is crowned Pharaoh!!
  • Alexander built temples and theaters, he also encourage people to keep their customs and traditions. He combined elements of Persian, Egyptian, Syrian and other cultures with Greek ideas.
  • 334 BC Alexander attacked the Persians even though that Persian Army was bigger than his army. Alexander didn't hesitate cause he knew that his troops are well prepared.
  • Alexander was the crowned Pharaoh, after conquering Egypt the Persian King was killed and Alexander takes over.
  • When Alexander died no one knew who was in power so one became king in Macedonia/Greece, one ruled Syria and one ruled Egypt.
