  • It is said that humans invented language (communication) about 100,000 years ago, the sources are different. I believe the very first, oldest of the oldest communication between humans was 1.8 million years ago by the homo habilis species. It was mostly sign language and no advanced vocabulary, they only had the simplest words for basic obects, and things like "give" or "help" or "come here" and they would be just different pitched noises or something
  • Now...
  • Hello
  • Bonjour
  • Humans were still developing, although there was an unintelligent specie's which whom lived in eastern Africa, there they spoke one very basic language, that ad no writing system or anything, and only basic words, but a bit more complex than it was 1.8 million years ago.
  • How do infants learn a language without knowing one to learn with?
  • In around 5000 or 6000 bc, the first official language (Sanskrit) was made, it was developed often throughout the years and is still used today, it was used in what is now called Syria, and southeast Africa, there are very few native speakers. This was also the first form of written language.
  • If there was a time where no one knew a language, how would they be made and taught?
  • More languages have been created, with civilizations and evolutions and we now live in a world with lots of culture and diversity, making lots of unique traditions and ideas, and a fun experience learning languages.
  • Hola
  • Babies are born with a gift of being able to tell the difference between over 800 different sounds. This allows the parents to simplify their speech around the child, and it will soon pick up on it if exposed to the language enough.
  • Scientists aren't sure about how they were made although there is a theory where people learned to communicate basic words using different pitched cries, and those yells evolved, developed and were distributed throughout the years.
