Charlie gets invited to his first high school party. Sam and Patrick's friends give Charlie a toast. One of Sam's friends notices that Charlie is different, she decides to ask him out that day. That same day he finds out that Patrick is gay.

He starts having thoughts about committing suicide, while he was on the phone with Candace. She immediately calls the cops , and they take him to the hospital. When his parents came, he finally told them the whole truth about his Aunt Helen molesting him. Now he's not afraid anymore, of school or what life may bring him.
