Battle of Bosworth
Storyboard Text
- Henry needed money to fight King Richard. To do so he won the support of France as well as 2000 men.
- Then, Henry won the support of his stepfather Lord Stanley,Rhys as Thomas and Gilbert Thomas.
- Richard heard about this but did nothing. Sadly, that was his demise and when he found out he was mistaken he rushed over to defeat Henry!
- On the other hand, Lord Stanley was to help Henry defeat Richard. But Stanley wasn't going to march his soldiers until he knew who had a definite victory.
- Henry had a disadvantage but soon made that up quickly, the battle lasted about 2/3 hours. But then Richard made a fatal decision to target Henry
- He broke ranks and charged at Henry but just then Stanley decided to help Henry. Richard was killed and Henry was Crowned King. He married Queen Elizabeth and merged the two roses into one family the Tudors.
