- You're suspended.
- We are all going to go to do a oral report about a famous African American for Black History Month.
- Nice meeting you Mr. Robinson.
- Joey, the main character, gets suspended from his baseball team during a game because he gets into a fight.
- I can't believe I have to work with a "N".
- I'm going to kill him!
- No your not! We aren't going to have any incidents.
- Joe's teacher assigns a oral report about a famous black American who helped change the world for Black History Month.
- Joe come practice with me.
- Ok!
- Joe decides to travel back to 1947 to meet Jackie Robinson. When he got to New York City, he had became black. He then met Jackie's family.
- Your out!
- The color barrier was broken.
- Joe goes with Jackie to Ebbets Filed. He meets Ant who thinks Joe is the new batboy who becomes Joe's boss. Ant calls Joe the "N" word. (angry, humiliated)
- The team went on the flied to practice but no one practiced with Jackie. Joe throws and catches with Jackie. The team wouldn't stand next to him during the National Anthem.
- Jackie hits a grounder and gets out but breaks the color barrier.
