- I'm super bored.
- Me too. But super duper bored.
- Hmm.. How about we make cake. I have an idea.
- Yay!!
- Let's Start!
- I'll start the oven. Sam mix the sugar and butter, Mihi break the eggs. Mix them together after that.
- Yay!! Time to eat!
- Just wait a second. Before eating, lets learn something.
- Fine we will wait. So what will you teach us?
- You see, right now we have a whole cake. But if Mihi takes on half, and Sam the other, the cake will not be whole again. So now it is a 1 by 2 fraction. 1 is our numerator and 2 is our denominator. Same goes with other fractions.
- I'm done eating. That was yummy. And learning fractions was lots of fun, especially with cake!
