- Past president George W. Bush was the president of America that decided to start a war with Afghanistan because of 9/11 worrying that terrorists may have a safe place there.
- The terrorists have a safe place where they can not be harmed, Afghanistan. I say we start war with them to kill Osama bin Laden.
- Hello, Im Osama bin Laden and I am the man responsible for the 9/11 attacks and I was the leader of Al Qaeda
- Osama bin Laden believed that America was weak, after being told of the past wars America had experienced recently, then. The person that had told him that was Abu Walid al-Masri
- The Afghanistan war was very violent. Many civilians did die in the war, about 45, 000+ died.
- This is Bagram airfeild. It was the largest U.S military base in Afghanistan until it was abandoned.
- In the airfield there was a prison. The inmates would be tortured and not be allowed to sleep. Some of these inmates were members of Al Qaeda and even the Taliban. They were put in the prison by the U.S army in Afghanistan.
- The Afghanistan war started on October, 7th 2001 because of the terrorist attacks on September, 11th. The war had just recently ended on August, 30th 2021. Osama bin Laden died 10 years before the war finally ended on May, 2nd 2011.
