- With the appointment letter the Inspectors and VCCs receive the supply pickup card. A blow up of the card shows all the details that are included on the card.
- Supply List •Ballots •Official Rosters
- Showing the car going through the lanes. They hand the pickup card to the first election employee to ensure they are at the right location to receive the correct bag.
- Show the car pulling up to receive bag and the election worker checking them off from the clipboard and issuing them the correct bags.
- Inspector/VCC inventory supplies using the supply checklist provided on the bag. Show red bag as well. Show calling elections office if missing items.
