- Why is it too long to get contracts but they finish too fast or unusable??
- Why did you give me inaccurate BQ? Now have to tender again! :(
- A representative from Asset Development (AD) came to Procurement & Supply Chain (P&SC) office to request for their projects to be tendered out
- She said she needs ALL contracts urgently. P&SC rep was happy to help unknowing what is coming!
- 6 months later, all contracts either finished too early or couldn't be used at all due to mistakes made in BQ
