- Oh, so Genghis Khan united the Mongol tribes and campaigned through China and Asia, and later his grandson, Kublai Khan took over the rest of China and Europe.
- Yes, now let me get back to work!
- Ok, so Kublai Khan went with Chinese tradition, naming himself emperor, and creating a new dynasty, the Yuan, while still making sure that Chinese politicians didn't get too much power.
- Exactly! This made it easier to control China.

- I understand. The Mongols put the trade routes under more protection, and allowed visitors from other countries. They also increased sea trade.
