  • Abraham his son Isaac and Isaac's son Jacob,  they play significant roles in Hebrew scripture during and following their lifetimes. They are the significant marker by God's revelations and promises.   God spoke to Abraham and promised to take care of Abraham's descendants and give them land safety.  These three were seen as the leaders of their Jewish communities and they were known as the Patriarchs.
  • WE'LL NEVER GET TIRED OF BATTLING!!!
  • I'M SOLOMON
  • The time of the fulfilling of the promise had arrived  so God raised up Moses as a Deliverer to lead the Israelites from the land of Egypt. After God brought the ten plagues on the Egyptians, they allowed the Israelites to leave the land of Egypt and to begin their journey to the "promised land." Moses died and a leader named Joshua took over and led the Israelites across the Jordan river and into Canaan, the Promised Land.
  • We will re-name the Promised Land!
  • WE WILL DESTROY EVERYTHING!!!
  • When the Israelites arrived in the Promised Land, and so Joshua led them into battle with these people, known as the Canaanites. Slowly, over time, the Promised Land was conquered by the Israelites and divided into twelve sections and each section represented one of Jacob's twelve sons. It was came to be known as 12 tribes of Israel was done as tribute to God's original promises.
  • I WILL REBUILD WHAT THEY HAVE DESTROYED...
  • Though they succeed in battles they felt weak and needed a king. The first king was Saul. David was the husband of Saul's daughter a young warrior tribes were divided north became known as Israel and the two in the south called Judah. Solomon was David's son. His son from his second Marriage and became the next King. Two hundred years later Jerusalem was taken by Babylonians, they battled many people to gain land. Temple was destroyed thousands of prisoners were taken and called Babylonian Exile.
  • I'M SAUL
  • I'M DAVID
  • Alexander was born in Macedonia. King Philip was his father and he worked hard to gain a lot of land for Greece. When King Philip died, Alexander became the King at the age of 23. Alexander and his Greek army re-named the Promised Land "Palestine". A group of rebel Jews formed and they became known as the Zealots, they entered and destroyed the Great Temple. It was a sacred temple of Jews built by King Solomon.
  • The Roman Empire was like a puppet master and all of their chosen leaders in the conquered lands were little puppets. Herod the Great he rebuilt the Great Temple destroyed by the Zealots. Although the Jewish people did not like that they were not free Herod managed to be the Roman Ruler. In the daily life of Jesus they had their harvests like grapes, wheat the most precious grain and many more.
