- Once upon a time Selene was the goddess of the moon. She would ride around with 2 horses pulling her on her cart .
- She had a brother named Helios who was the goddess of the sun. She also had a sister named EOS who was the goddess of of dawn. All three of them were known to be lunner godesses. she was the daughter of Hyperion and Euryphassea.
- Over time Selene fell in love with a boy named Endymion. They were deeply in love and They adopted 50 dogs.
- She has the power to sleep and light the night, she has control over the time, and she is overcharging.
- Her sister Eos told Selene that Endymion had chosen to sleep forever. He was kept in a cave on Mount Latmus in Caria.
- She cried a lot and kept asking her self why he would do this. From there, It was told that she went down to visit him every night.
