- Jesse meets SEAL.
- SEAL arrives at Jesse's house.
- SEAL pushes Jesse to the extreme. They jump into a frozen lake.
- Jesse meets SEAL before an extreme relay marathon race. The goal for each team is to run as far as they can in 24 hours. SEAL runs it by himself.
- SEAL pushes Jesse to do 1000 pushups in one day.
- Jesse calls SEAL and asks if he can train him for a month. SEAL agrees, so long as Jesse does whatever he tells him to do.
- SEAL leaves Jesse's house.
- Hey man, Thanks.
- After 25 days of hard training, Jesse gains enough control over his mind and body to jump in a frozen lake.
- Before Jesse started training with SEAL he could only do 20 pushups. Now on day 27 SEAL pushes him to do one thousand pushups.
- SEAL leaves on day 31. Jesse is sad that he left but he appreciates his new perspective and priorities on life.
