- Once upon a time, there was a young family named Smith who lived in an apartment downtown.
- Fade out to John & Mike
- Hi, I am John Dunlap
- And I am Mike Key
- While the apartment was nice, there was no yard for little Johnny to play in and, although the Smith's wanted a dog, pets were not allowed.
- Voiceover
- More than anything, the Smiths wanted a home of their own but couldn't find anything in their price range that didn't require a lot of work.

- We don't build houses, we build your "Happily Ever After"
