Weekly mini-meetings are short, 3 to 5 minutes meetings between manager and employee. Employees have regular feedback and managers see that they have been given feedback regularly.

Training videos and Mini Quizzes teach a proper way of giving and receiving feedback. There is a possibility to create training courses for both managers and employees and there can be small rewards for employees to completing the courses.
Receiving regular feedback makes the employee feel appreciated as a person and more motivated to work. Receiving feedback is an important part of growing as an employee and as a person.
