- On Back to School Night, I plan to meet families and explain to parents the importance of becoming a team. I want parents to take away the importance of working together to support their child in all aspects for the school year.

- I will send this information in their native language spoken at home. I will also send home a flyer that gives information that was reviewed on Back to School Night for those parents who weren't able to attend.
- Hi Parents, after meeting with you all tonight I want to say thank you for showing up. I look forward to working with you all closely.
