  • Interphase
  • Mitosis: Prophase
  • Mitosis: Metaphase
  • In this phase 3 different stages happen:1 - G1 also known as growth2 - S also known as DNA synthesis3 - G2 also know as the growth and preparations for mitosis.
  • Mitosis: Anaphase
  • In this phase of the cell cycle a phase called Mitosis begins. There are 4 different stages in mitosis. The first stage is called Prophase. In this stage the chromosomes are visible, The nuclear membrane disappears.
  • Mitosis: Telophase
  • The second stage is called Metaphase. In this stage chromosomes line up across the center. There are lines that attach to the chromosomes.
  • Cytokinesis
  • The third stage is called Anaphase. In this stage chromosomes pull apart.
  • The forth stage is called Telophase. In this stage chromosomes go on opposite sides of the cell.
  • The Final phase of the cell cycle is called the Cytokinesis. In this stage the cell whole cell pulls apart and now you have two daughter cells.
