How My Dad Almost Caught the House on Fire

- It was just like any other Monday morning. I was sleeping and my dad was preparing my lunch downstairs.
- I suddenly heard a sharp beeping noise. I groggily woke up and realized the burning smell in the air!
- BEEP!!!
- BEEP!!!
- BEEP!!!
- BEEP!!!
- My mom and I crept down the stairs and entered the kitchen. There we found my dad with my burnt lunch box!
- BEEP!!!
- BEEP!!!
- My dad came downstairs to make my lunch. He turned on the stove and started to cook my food. But, he put the wrong burner on and burnt my lunchbox. That started the fire alarm and woke us all up.
- BEEP!!!
- BEEP!!!
- BEEP!!!
- Earlier that morning...
- We were happy that no one got hurt or our that our house didn't burn down. But, we still had to stop that annoying alarm!
- BEEP!!!
- BEEP!!!
- BEEP!!!
- It took us 7 minutes to stop the alarm. When the alarm stopped screaming I went back to bed.
