Storyboard Text

  • Sisyphus was a clever king. One day Sisyphus saw the river god Asopus, looking for his daughter. So Sisyphus went after him.
  • Sisyphus went to talk to him. He said, "I'll tell you what has become your daughter if you'll give me a spring." So Aspospus give Sisyphus's kingdom a stream.
  • Sisyphus kept to his word and told Asopus what happened. He said,"It is Zeus himself who has carried off your daughter ," And he pointed where they went. Asopus rushed off in fury.
  • When the river god catched up. Zues taken by surprise turned himself into a rock and her into an island named Aegina. Zues was furious at Sisyphus for meddling in his affairs.
  • He asked Hades to take him to the underworld and punish him. When the king saw the lord of the dead he asked him a question then he deftly wounded a chain around him. As long Sisyphus kept Hades tied up nobody could die.
  • The fates got threads of life tingled. The gods threatened Sisyphus so he let hades go. Sisyphus life was taken first. But he was sent back to earth to tech his wife respect because his wife didn't do the things that she was sepost todo. So Sisyphus went back to earth and lived with his wife until he grew old. Because he tricked them.
