- Romulus and Remus were sons of rhea [a princess] and Mars[the god of war] and some gods were jealous of Rhea and Mars and tried to kill Romulus and Remus.
- Rhea tried to protect the boys by putting them into a basket and set it floating in the river hoping someone would find it.

- They were then found by a 3 headed she wolf who raised them, when they grew the wolf let a shepard take care of them.

- After they grew up, they made a city they both wanted to be king, so they had a contest to see who would be king by looking for a sign by the gods.
- They both found signs, Romulus found 12 crows and Remus found 6 crows and they couldn't decide and Romulus got so angry he killed Remus and then was the king or Rome.
- The Latins actually started Rome, they built hut on Rome's hills.
