  • Pearl and her friend Mels were standing on the quad when she sneezed on her face and she was actually sick with a virus.
  • So the virus entered Pearl's bloodstream and was ready to damage the body.
  • But Pearl's macrophages and dendritic cells recognized a foreign pathogen in her body, so they took action fast. Some cells proceeded to attack while others call for aid.
  • Macrophages and Dendritic cells quickly tried to eat them before they assaulted the body.
  • Then Denditric flowed into the lymph nodes to alert T and B cells of this intruder by releasing cytokines that initialize other cells.
  • It turns out that the virus has already infected some cells. However, the B cells come into play and take action.
