I was born on August 31st, 2006. The 11th warmest August on record. This event would probably be the biggest because it's the reason I'm doing this assignment on a website that I highly recommend we shouldn´t use ever again. My family has a tape-recorded video of me and my family standing in the hospital bedroom. My favorite part of it is the first words my dad told me ¨hey buddy¨, he still calls buddy.
The Day I was Born
Before I and my family became Witnesses, we used to do things like celebrating holidays. One day, 2 JW´s in field service came to our door and preached to us. My mother was hooked but my dad denied it at first but got hooked as well. My parents studied with the two and later we started visiting their church(Which they called kingdom halls). We kept visiting and later on my parents and brother got baptized. Because of this, we´ve had to drop alot of our traditions like holidays
When I became a Jehovah Witness
I started around 2009-2010. I remember my first day there, there was a special ed kid screaming his lungs out and blocking the class entrance. The #1 thing that stuck out to me was the field trips we did. For example, we went to a pumpkin Patch and Purina farms. There is a handful of students that I was in class with since preschool that I'm in high school with, but I don´t know how to spell their names so I'm staying clear from that. Those times were alot simpler than they are now.
