  • The British Fleet In the spring of 1759, General James Wolfe led a campaign to capture Quebec. In the spring he sailed from Britain.
  • Beauport Feint Wolfe organized some of his ships to make the defenders think that he was going to attack the Beauport shore again.
  • Plains of Abraham On the morning of September 13, 1759, Wolfe stood at the front of his army on the Plains of Abraham.
  • Thin Red Line Wolfe ordered his front line to fire. The British troops were fresh and close together. Their shots were deadly.
