- Hi, boss. What do you need from me today?
- Today, we will check the steering wheel oil from this car. The customer said that is making a loud noise when he turns the wheel.
- Ok. The car is ready. I located the steering fluid reservoir.
- Ok, the reservoir is not transparent. Grab the dipstick to check the fluid.
- Check the color and level of the fluid.
- Sir, there is almost no fluid. It is brown. That is weird, right?
- Is not normal. Lets drain it and replace the fluid. Close everything. I will talk with the customer.
- No problem. I should be done in 15 minutes.

- Sir, your car is ready. We changed the fluid. You should change it at least every 4 years, if no problems. It can block the pump and break the steering box. It is dangerous and expensive.
