- I have found out about your company because a friend recommended it to me when I was looking for a job, which makes me capable of doing work here because of my work experience a few years ago and my knowledge about entrepreneurship.

- Good morning Mr. Devin Westpoint, so I have read your job application which made me think why you have chosen our company, may I know how and why you desire to take a job here?
- Yes, I was a contractor for 8 years now and that has something to do with business as well just like in your company which may benefit you with my work experience . Unfortunately, I haven't been obtaining contracts to carry out for the past 7 months so I decided to join your company to make ends meet.

But back to the interview, I've got to say that all I want from my employees is competence and hardwork, in that way you should be able to do your work very well when you are finally employed here, is that understood?
