- In Winter, people are inclined to wear down (goose feathers) jackets as it keeps them warm. Although when it rains, which is often when it is most cold, the down inside the jackets are not protected, and end up clumping and failing to keep you warm.
- Seams with thin and adjustable heating strips, which dry out wet down feathers.
- When your jacket dry throughout wet Winter months, warmth will be sustainable and practical. The seams dry out the wet down and the down keeps you warm, so no additional body temperature heating would be necessary.
