My Immigrant's Experience
This storyboard does not have a description.
Innocenzo Mazzi grew up in the coastal town of Bacoli, Italy.
He was born into a family of serf fishermen who barely caught enough fish to make a living.
When he was 17, Innocenzo's parents sent him to the heart of Naples to seek an apprenticeship as a carpenter.
One day he noticed a poster that said, "Ellis Island to Open Jan. 1st 1892," and decided to begin his journey to the USA in search of higher wages.

Innocenzo saved up just enough money to embark on a 2-week voyage from Naples to NY.
All aboard mateys!
I am miserable! I have scurvy and seasickness! I hope this is worth the trouble.
