Storyboard Text

  • Conflict #1
  • Hey, Billy, do you want to come to my birthday party, it is tomorrow. The party would be lit if you were there.
  • Oh me? Yeah sure I will come to your party tomorrow?
  • Oh no the science lab, I forgot that it is due tomorrow!
  • Conflict #2
  • Remember, Billy that the science lab is due tomorrow!
  • Option #1: Skip the party and do the lab
  • I would rather skip the party and finish my lab because I might get a good grade and pass science for this marking period. Not only that, my parents also wouldn't be angry at me but they would actually be happy with me. The negatives are that Logan might not want to be my friend, and also I might not have any fun that day because I will be just working the lab instead of going to a party.
  • Today was another, ordinary day for Billy, except the fact that his best friend, Logan, invited him for his birthday party! Billy was very excited to go to his party because he heard that at his party they will be playing some fun games.
  • Option #2: Go to the party anyway
  • But should I instead just go to the party. If I do go to the party then I could make some new friends, and even probably hang out with them. Not only that I might get to be a little bit more popular at school and people would know me. But the thing is I won't disappoint my teachers because I would be working the whole evening on this and I might even get a good grade for this. Also, if I do work on this and get a good grade my parents might even get me a reward for getting the good grade.
  • Unfortunately, for Billy, found out that everyone's science lab is due tomorrow. Billy found out before that everyone has been prepared and finished their science lab last week. Billy didn't even touch the lab requirements yet. Billy is now in a big predicament and is having a hard time deciding to go to the party or finish the science lab.
  • Option #3: Stay a little bit at the party and then come back and do a little bit of the lab
  • Actually I can do both of those choices, but I would get a 50/50 from the first 2 options. I could go to the party and come back after an hour or 2 might have a little fun. Also I could come back and work a little bit on the lab and pass by getting a C or D. But the thing is, my teachers might get disappointing in me because of my lack of work on the lab. And my grade won't go up as much because I am getting a C or D and my grade in science for this marking period is a F.
  • Billy came home and again was in a tough predicament. He made 3 options either to go to the party, skip the party and do the lab, or to do both. He made 2 pros and 2 cons for this decision.
  • The final decision
  • I think I am going to stick with option #1 because I really need this At and get a good grade. Also I could talk with Logan and confront with him and tell him why I didn't go to the party.
  • Billy acknowledged the first option and when to the second one. It didn't him very long to create this one but he did it anyway. He supporting both of these options, so far.
  • Billy finally made his last option and made his pros and cons. He decided to make the option, at his attic, his favorite place to hang out at.
  • Billy made a really good decision by doing option #1 because he wanted a good grade and wanted to make his parents and teachers happy.
