- I'm nervous about this....
- Alright everyone there is no need to be nervous. We are all in the same battle against PTSD
- In a relaxed manner let us all share our experiences and problems
- Whenever i try to sleep i see flash backs of my service overseas.
- I suffer from panic attacks and I don't know how to cope
- I feel very isolated and alone in my struggles
- Voicing your problems and thoughts in a group is very therapeutic, and we can work through them together.
- These meetings seeem like a healthy way to work though my problems
- We have some fun military shooters that are available for you to play and use a coping mechanism
