Well, I suppose it began when I was a young boy…
Mr. Smith, this is not your first offence. Do you have any comments on how you’ve got here?
…and the group of friends that I hung around with. We would joke and act like punks in the halls of our school.
I think that the teachers would treat us different for the way we dressed and it was frustrating. I didn’t know how to handle myself around them and so they just labeled me as this bad kid, you know?
Good Job Ane and Bob. Um Mr. Smith, try agian.
I knew some of the guys would tease other kids that would go to see the counselor. I didn’t want to be someone who needed that kind of help by my peers. The counselor became this negative.
HAHA Adam went to see the counselor!!
Anytime I was forced to go, it wasn’t cool to talk about anything important. They say they want to help but I felt I was too far gone.
Ye. Can I leave now?
Mr. Smith, is everything going okay? Your friends and teachers are worried
HAHA the garage looks better now.
This is bad guys. What if we get in trouble?
No Smith. Its just graffiti. We cant get in trouble.
So after I went through the motions with the counselor, I’d be right back with my peers. Our pranks seemed harmless enough at first but I think that opened my world up to the criminal life somewhere down the line.
