Storyboard Text
- Amulius, who is King Numitor’s brother, takes the throne from his brother and forces Numitor’s daughter Rhea Silvia to become a vestal virgin.
- Rhea Silvia goes against Amulius, and has twin boys named Romulus and Remus with Mars, the God of War.
- Amulius seizes the boys, and throws then into the Tiber River in hope that they will drown.
- The babies are rescued by a she-wolf, who cares for them as if they were her pups.
- The twins, now older, are found by the shepherd Faustulus, who takes the boys into his home and raises them until they are adults.
- Romulus and Romulus discover who they really are, and kill Amulius to put their grandfather back on the throne.
